雷贝拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的临床效果比较

摘要

目的：对比分析雷贝拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2014年10月～2016年2月来我院收治的126例Hp相关性消化性溃疡患者，按照治疗方法将其分为两组，每组各63例患者，两组患者均给予常规治疗措施，在此基础上，对照组用奥美拉唑治疗，研究组用雷贝拉唑治疗，治疗1个月后，对两组患者临床疗效进行对比分析。比较两组患者临床症状积分、溃疡愈合率、Hp清除率、胃窦黏膜炎症改善程度。结果治疗后研究组患者上腹胀痛、烧心不适、恶心呕吐、反酸嗳气分数与对照组比较明显降低，溃疡愈合率、Hp清除率与对照组比较较高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组胃窦黏膜炎症0级患者所占比例与对照组比较更高， II级、III级患者所占比例与对照组比较更低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论雷贝拉唑与奥美拉唑均可有效治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性消化性溃疡，但是雷贝拉唑作用效果更强，可快速改善患者的临床症状。%Objective To compare the clinical effect omeprazole and rabeprazole for the treatment of H. pylori Associated Peptic Ulcer. Methods 126 cases of H. pylori-related peptic ulcer patients were selected from October 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital for treatment, according to the method of treatment they were divided into two groups, there were 63 cases in the study group and the control group, two groups of patients were given conventional treatment, on the basis of the control group, treatment with omeprazole, rabeprazole study group with treatment, a month of clinical efficacy were analyzed. The clinical symptom score, ulcer healing rate, Hp clearance rate, gastric mucosal inlfammation degree of improvement of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the study group of patients abdominal pain, heartburn discomfort, nausea and vomiting, belching acid relfux scores compared with control group were significant lower rate of ulcer healing, Hp clearance rate higher compared with control group, the difference was statistically significance (P<0.05). Study Group gastric mucosal inflammation in patients with 0 percentage higher compared with control group, II level, relatively lower proportion of patients with stage III and the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Rabeprazole and omeprazole may be effective in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-related peptic ulcer, but rabeprazole effect stronger, can quickly improve the clinical symptoms, it is recommended in clinical application.
