Objective Evaluation of the application value of high quality nursing in operation room nursing of patients with severe hemorrhagic shock. Methods From our hospital selected severe hemorrhage in patients with septic shock in 92 cases, and the average divided into observation group and control group, 46 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine operation room nursing, and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing. Results The survival quality score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference of data between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality care for patients with severe hemorrhagic shock, not only can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, but also significantly reduce the incidence of complications.%目的：评估优质护理在重度失血性休克患者手术室护理中的应用价值。方法从我院收治的重度失血性休克患者中抽选92例，将其平均分为观察组与对照组，每组46例。对照组采用临床常规手术室护理，观察组采用优质护理。结果观察组的生存质量评分高于对照组；观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论对重度失血性休克患者进行优质护理，不仅能改善患者的生存质量，也能降低患者的并发症发生率。
