探讨双耳突发性聋与单耳突发性聋的临床特点及治疗效果

摘要

目的：探讨双耳突发性聋与单耳突发性聋临床特点及治疗效果。方法将我院2014年1月～2015年1月诊治的突发性耳聋患者80例作为研究对象，分为 A 组（双耳突发性耳聋）和 B 组（单耳突发性耳聋），对比全身疾病、年龄和平均听阈值。结果 A 组和 B 组全身性疾病、年龄与平均听阈值对比，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论突发性耳聋患者发病原因有差异，在治疗中应根据其特点，给予对应治疗措施。%Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effect of sudden deafness and sudden deafness. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015 diagnosis and treatment of sudden deafness patients 80 cases as the research object, were divided into group A (binaural sudden deafness) and group B (single ear sudden deafness), compared to systemic disease, age and average hearing threshold.
