Objective To investigate the clinical observation and nursing care of postoperative complications of transurethral vaporization of prostate for patients with transurethral vaporization of prostate. Methods 60 cases treated by transurethral vaporization of the prostate cut patients were selected in our hospital in December 2014 to December 2015, were randomly assigned to the control group and the study group, 30 cases in each group and given routine nursing care and quality of nursing methods and analysis compared two groups of clinical nursing effect. Results The overall efficiency of the study group was due to the control group (P<0.05), the incidence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion To enhance nursing care of patients with transurethral vaporization of the prostate, it is beneifcial to reduce the incidence of complications and promote the curative effect.%目的：探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术患者术后并发症的临床观察以及护理体会。方法选取2014年12月～2015年12月我院收治的经尿道前列腺汽化电切术患者60例，随机分为对照组和研究组各30例，给予常规护理方法和优质护理方法，分析对比两组临床护理效果。结果研究组护理总体有效率优于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对经尿道前列腺汽化电切术患者加强护理，有利于降低并发症发生率，促进疗效。
