自体造血干细胞移植患者的心理特点与护理对策探究

摘要

Objective To study the psychological characteristics and nursing strategies of patients with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in sterile laminar flow ward. Methods 40 cases of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were selected from March 2013 to April 2016, 20 patients in each group. A group of routine nursing (control group), the other group based on conventional care to strengthen the psychological care (observation group). The SAS score and SDS score were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were all better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion It is beneifcial to improve the mental state of patients and promote the recovery of patients with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in sterile laminar lfow ward.%目的：研究无菌层流病房自体造血干细胞移植患者的心理特点与护理对策。方法选取的研究对象为2013年3月～2016年4月收治的自体造血干细胞移植患者40例，随机分为两组，每组20例。一组实施常规护理（对照组），另一组在常规护理的基础上加强心理护理（观察组）。对比两组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分。结果观察组自体造血干细胞移植患者的SAS评分和SDS评分均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对无菌层流病房自体造血干细胞移植患者采取针对性的心理护理，有利于改善患者的心理状态，促进患者的恢复。
