目的：针对进行真空负压静脉采血中出现的问题进行研究，分析出现问题的原因并提出应对方法。方法分析本院住院患者的真空采血过程和检验的200份血标本。结果标本出现溶血59例；标本凝固26例；血量不符合要求23例；采标本稀释4例。结论在真空采血的过程中出现一些问题，要注意做好患者抽血前宣教，并且采用正确的采血方法进行采血，做好采血后标本的处理运输等。%Objective To study the problem of vacuum negative pressure venous blood collection, analyze the causes of the problems and put forward the countermeasures. Methods 200 blood samples were collected from the patients who were in the process of vacuum blood collection. Results There were 59 cases of hemolytic specimens, 26 cases of blood coagulation; do not meet the requirements was 23 cases; 4 cases were adopting the dilution. Conclusion There are some problems in the process of vacuum blood collection, attention should be paid to the patients before blood drawing, and using the correct method of blood collection for blood collection, do a good job in the treatment of blood samples, and so on.
