中药分期序贯治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis. Methods 44 patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis received in our hospital were divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine, and the control group was treated with general clinical drug therapy. Results The cure rate of the control group was 63.64%, the cure rate of the experimental group was 86.36%, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis by stage sequential treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious curative effect, the cure rate is higher, and it is worth to be popularized.%目的：了解中药分期序贯治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法对我院接收的44例轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者进行分组治疗，其中实验组采用中药分期序贯疗法，对照组采用一般性临床药物治疗。结果对照组治愈率为63.64%，实验组治愈率为86.36%，实验组的治愈率明显高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论中药分期序贯治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎效果显著，病患的治愈度高，值得进行推广。
