Objective To analyze clinical efficacy in patients with uterine incision diverticulum by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy and transvaginal surgery after cesarean section. Methods 62 patients with cesarean section uterine incision diverticulum admitted in our hospital were divided into two groups. Common group was treated with laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy, and observation group was treated with transvaginal surgery. Clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The patients with intraoperative blood loss, operative time, anus exhaust time and other indexes were better than common group; Common group of patients' length of hospital stay, complication rate was better than that of the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the cesarean section uterine incision diverticulum treatment, transvaginal surgery with less intraoperative blood loss, can reduce the operation risk; And patients with laparoscopic combined surgery can shorten the recovery time, and reduce the risk of complications. Medical staff should be combined with the actual scientific selection procedure.%目的：对比分析剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室患者经宫腹腔镜联合手术与阴式手术治疗的临床效果。方法将我院收治的62例剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室患者分为两组，普通组实施宫腹腔镜联合手术，实验组实施阴式手术，比较两种术式的治疗效果。结果实验组患者术中出血量、手术时间、肛门排气时间等指标均要优于普通组；普通组患者住院时间、并发症发生率优于实验组（P ＜0.05）。结论在剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室治疗中，阴式手术术中出血量少，能够降低手术风险；而宫腹腔镜联合手术能够缩短患者恢复时间，降低并发症发生风险，医护人员需结合实际科学选择术式。
