探讨综合心理护理对强制性脊柱炎患者的焦虑及抑郁评分的影响

摘要

目的：探讨在强制性脊柱炎患者护理中应用综合心理护理对患者焦虑及抑郁评分的影响。方法选择2014年8月~2015年8月在本院接受治疗的强制性脊柱炎患者70例，随机平均分成2组进行不同护理，比较两组结果。结果观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分分别为（31.27±2.91）分、（34.55±2.05）分，对照组评分分别（46.91±2.88）分、（49.26±3.14）分。结论综合心理护理应用于强制性脊柱炎患者的护理中，能够有效改善患者的焦虑及抑郁评分。%Objective To explore the application in nursing patients with mandatory spondylitis composite and psychological nursing of patients with anxiety and depression scores.Methods From August 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital for treatment of mandatory spondylitis patients 70 cases, randomly divided into 2 groups with different nursing on average, compare two sets of results of two groups.ResultsThe observation group after nursing anxiety and depression score (31.27±2.91), respectively (34.55±2.05), score control group respectively (46.91±2.88), (49.26±3.14). ConclusionComprehensive psychological nursing was applied to the care of patients, could improve the patients anxiety and depressed scores.
