探讨护理干预对带胸腔闭式引流管出院患者的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the inlfuence of nursing intervention on patients with thoracic closed drainage.MethodsChoose cardiothoracic surgery department of our hospital from October 2013 to December 2015, 50 cases with pleural closed drainage tube were, according to specialist care group before and after the establishment of divided into two stages, on two stage discharge patients were comparatively analyzed.ResultsIncidence of complications in the second stage rate, second hospitalization rate was significantly lower than that in the first stage, hospitalization time significantly shorter in the first stage, patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the first stage, between the two groups (χ2=1.790 0,P<0.05), the difference has statistical significance.ConclusionThrough to with closed thoracic drainage tube were discharged continuity nursing intervention, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of patients, shorten the hospitalization time, and to improve the satisfaction of patients, reduce secondary hospitalization rate has important clinical value.%目的：探讨护理干预对带胸腔闭式引流管出院患者的影响。方法选择我院心胸外科2013年10月～2015年12月50例带胸腔闭式引流管患者，按专科护理小组成立前后分为两个阶段，对两阶段出院患者情况进行比较性分析。结果第二阶段并发症发生率、二次住院率显著低于第一阶段，住院时间显著短于第一阶段，患者满意度显著高于第一阶段，两组对比（χ2=1.7900，P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论通过对带胸腔闭式引流管患者进行出院延续性护理干预，可有效降低患者的并发症发生率，缩短了住院时间，并且对提高患者满意度、降低二次住院率均有重要临床价值。
