微型钢板与克氏针内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的疗效对比分析

摘要

目的：探讨克氏针与微型钢板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的效果。方法随机将60例掌指骨骨折患者平均分为两组，对照组行克氏针内固定，观察组行微型钢板内固定。比较两组临床效果。结果观察组骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率及优良率优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论微型钢板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折效果理想。%Objective To analyze the efficacy between mini-plate and kirschner wire fixation in the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fracture.Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups, control group used kirschner wire ifxation, and observation group used mini-plate fixation. comparing efficacy of two groups.Results The fracture healing time, incidence rate and excellent rate of observation group were better than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of mini-plate fixation is ideal.
