痉挛型脑瘫患儿的康复护理体会

摘要

目的：探究痉挛型脑瘫患儿康复护理方法及护理效果。方法对我院收治的206例痉挛型脑瘫患儿进行康复护理干预，将所有患儿依照年龄分为不同年龄组，对比不同年龄组患儿的康复护理干预效果。结果通过各年龄组之间康复护理干预效果的比较发现，随着年龄的不断增长，康复护理干预效果逐渐降低，＜3个月组患儿总有效率为100.0%；＞3～6个月组患儿总有效率为93.8%；＞6～12个月组患儿总有效率为93.1%；＞12个月组患儿总有效率为87.0%，数据具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论对脑瘫患儿采用家庭康复干预和综合性康复治疗等综合性康复护理能够有效促进患儿身体各项机能恢复，有效提高患儿和家庭的生活质量。%Objective To explore the children with spastic type cerebral palsy rehabilitation nursing methods and nursing effect.Methods Our hospital 206 cases of children with spastic type cerebral palsy rehabilitation nursing intervention, all in accordance with the age can be divided into different age groups, the contrast effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention in children with different age groups.Results Through the comparison of rehabilitation nursing intervention effect between various age groups found that as the increasing of the age, the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention to reduce gradually, < 3 months group with the total effective rate was 100.0%, > 3~6 months group with the total effective rate was 93.8%, > group of children 6 to 12 months the total effective rate was 93.1%, Group > 12 months with the total effective rate was 87.0%, the data is statistically significant,P< 0.05.Conclusion Children with cerebral palsy by family rehabilitation intervention and comprehensive rehabilitation therapy such as children with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the body recovery of each function, improve the quality of life of children and families.
