妊娠高血压综合征产后护理

摘要

目的：探讨妊娠高血压综合征产后护理效果。方法将我院2014年3月～2016年1月以来所收治的76例妊娠高血压综合征患者，按照密封信封方法将患者分为组1（37例）和组2（39例）。组1行产后常规护理干预；组2产后给予对症综合干预。评价：（1）护理满意率；（2）护理前后焦虑心理、抑郁心理状态、血压水平；（3）产后并发症发生率。结果（1）组2患者护理满意率比组1高，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05；（2）组2护理后焦虑心理、抑郁心理状态、血压水平比组1好，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05；（3）组2产后并发症发生率比组1低，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论妊娠高血压综合征产后给予对症综合干预，可有效减少产后并发症的发生，减轻产妇焦虑和抑郁心理，降低血压水平，提升其满意度。%Objective To study the effect of postpartum care pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods 76 cases of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were chosen from March 2014 to January 2016, according to seal the envelope method divided the patients into group 1 (37 cases) and group 2 (39 cases). Group 1 row after conventional nursing intervention. Group 2 postpartum to suit the comprehensive intervention. Evaluation: (1) Nursing satisfaction. (2) The state of anxiety, depression, blood pressure before and after the nursing level. (3) The incidence of postpartum complications.Results (1) In group 2 patients nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than group 1, statistically significant,P<0.05. (2) In group 2 nursing after the anxiety, depression, mental state, blood pressure levels signiifcantly better than group 1, statistically signiifcant,P<0.05. (3) In group 2 postpartum complications are significantly less than group 1, statistically significant,P<0.05. Conclusion Postpartum to suit the pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, a comprehensive intervention can effectively reduce postpartum complications, reduce maternal psychological anxiety and depression, lower blood pressure levels, improve their satisfaction.
