炎琥宁佐治晚期新生儿呼吸道感染的临床分析

摘要

目的：讨论炎琥宁佐治疗晚期新生儿呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选取2015年2～11月，72例患有呼吸道感染的患儿为研究对象。结果常规组有效率为83.33%；观察组有效率为97.22%。在治疗期间，所有患儿均未出现任何明显不良反应。结论在常规治疗的基础上加入炎琥宁进行治疗，可以提高治疗效果、缩短患儿的治疗时间，加速患儿的恢复，具有非常重要的临床意义。%Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combined Yanhuning treatment of advanced neonatal respiratory tract infection.Methods 72 children with respiratory tract infection were selected as study subjects from February to November 2015.Results The effective rate was 83.33% in the conventional group and 97.22% in the observation group. During the treatment, all the patients had any obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment join Yanhuning treatment, can improve the therapeutic effect, shorten the time of the treatment of children with, accelerate the patients recovery, has very important clinical signiifcance.
