补肾调周法治疗不孕症的临床心得探析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical experience and analysis of kidney Tiaozhou treatment of infertility. Methods The study of cases of infertility 70 patients from July 2014 to July 2015 gynecological clinic admitted in our hospital, according to the mathematical patients randomly divided into a control group of 35 patients, 35 cases of the observation group, observation group kidney Tiaozhou medicine control group were treated with progesterone capsules at the beginning of the basal body temperature rises medication, continuous medication three menstrual cycles as a course of treatment, without contraception during treatment, treatment after treatment between the two groups of patients. Results After a course of treatment, the total effective observation group was 85.7% in the control group of patients, the total effective rate was 65.9%, the observation group were signiifcantly higher efifciency of the total patients, andP<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Kidney and adjusting surrounding artificial cycle therapy with modern characteristics, but also combines the traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical experience, with better clinical results.%目的：探讨和分析补肾调周法治疗不孕症的临床心得。方法本次研究病例为我院2014年7月～2015年7月妇科门诊收治的不孕症患者70例，根据数学随机法将患者分为对照组35例，观察组35例。对照组患者给予黄体酮胶囊口服，在基础体温升高时开始用药，观察组患者给予补肾调周法中药治疗，连续用药3个月经周期为1个疗程，治疗期间不进行避孕，治疗结束后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果1个疗程结束后，观察组患者的总有效率为85.7%，对照组患者的总有效率为65.9%，观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组患者，且P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论补肾调周法具有现代人工周期的治疗特点，又结合了中医理论和临床经验，具有较好的临床疗效。
