噻托溴铵对中重度支气管哮喘的治疗效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨中重度支气管哮喘采用噻托溴铵治疗的效果。方法将98例中重度支气管哮喘患者随机分为研究组（常规治疗+噻托溴铵）与对照组（常规治疗）。对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组PEF、FEF、ACT、FEV1均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组每周急救药使用喷数为（2.0±1.1）喷，优于对照组的（3.5±1.9）喷（P＜0.05）。结论中重度支气管哮喘采用噻托溴铵治疗的效果显著。%Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of moderate and severe bronchial asthma with.Methods 98 cases of moderate and severe bronchial asthma were randomly divided into study group (conventional therapy + treatment with bromide) and control group (conventional therapy).Results The research group PEF, FEF, ACT, FEV1 were better than the control group (P<0.05), the study group used the number of emergency medicine per week for (2.0±1.1) spray, better than the control group (3.5±1.9) spray (P<0.05). Conclusion In severe bronchial asthma with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of the effect is signiifcant.
