冠心病重症监护病房中心静脉置管的护理分析

摘要

Objective Analysis of coronary heart disease intensive care unit care center venipuncture.Methods 50 cases of coronary heart disease in ICU vein catheterization patients were chosen as the research object in our hospital, from February 2014 to September 2015, the envelope were randomly divided into two groups, divided into the control group and the observation group and the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group given holistic nursing, than the two groups of patients with catheter blocking rate, infection rate, rate of tube removal.Results In the observation group, the rate of catheter obstruction, infection rate and removal rate were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Scientiifc and effective nursing is of great signiifcance to the patient's physical rehabilitation.%目的：分析冠心病重症监护病房中心静脉置管的护理。方法选取我院50例冠心病重症监护病房中心静脉置管患者为研究对象，收治时间为2014年2月～2015年9月，经信封式随机分组，将其分为对照组和观察组，对照组进行常规护理，观察组给予整体护理，对比两组患者的导管阻塞率、感染率、脱管率。结果观察组患者的导管阻塞率、感染率、脱管率均低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论科学有效的护理对患者身体康复具有重要意义。
