目的：探讨分析血清胱抑素C在高血压患者肾功能评价中的应用效果。方法选取2014年8月～2015年8月我院收治的高血压患者195例作为研究对象，分别按肾脏损伤程度和高血压分级情况分组，进行组内比较胱抑素C的情况。结果肾功能分组的三组患者，肾脏损伤越严重，胱抑素C的指标数越高，三组差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。高血压情况分组的三组患者随着血压等级越高，胱抑素C的指标数越高，三组差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论血清胱抑素C对高血压患者肾功能评价的应用具有较高的应用价值，检测的结果可以做为高血压患者肾功能损伤的重要诊断依据。%Objective To study the analysis of serum cystatin C application in the evaluation of renal function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods195 patients with hypertension were divided from August 2014 to August 2015, according to the degree of kidney damage and high blood pressure classiifcation to compare the level of cystatin C.Results Patients with renal function group three group, more severe kidney damage, cystatin C index higher, three groups there were significant differences,P<0.05, was statistically signiifcant. Hypertension patients in the group three group with higher blood pressure levels and cystatin c index higher, three groups there were significant differences,P<0.05, was statistically significant. Conclusion Serum cystatin C evaluation of renal function in patients with hypertension have high value, test results can be used as important diagnosis of renal damage in patients with hypertension.
