循证护理在重症脑血管病患者护理中的应用价值分析

摘要

Objective To study the application value of evidence-based nursing for severe cerebral vascular disease.Methods Selected 50 cases with severe cerebral vascular disease treated in our hospital were randomly divided into routine group and study group, 25 cases in each group, respectively, using conventional nursing and evidence-based nursing method. the effect of two groupsof patient care was comparatively analyzed.Results The study group GCS score and ADL score were signiifcantly better than the conventional group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for severe cerebral vascular disease is conducive to the recovery of the disease, improve the degree of coma patients, and improve their daily life ability.%目的：研究循证护理在重症脑血管病患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取来我院接受治疗的50例重症脑血管病患者，将其随机分为常规组与研究组，每组各25例患者，分别采用常规护理和循证护理方法，对比分析两组患者护理效果。结果研究组GCS评分和ADL评分明显优于常规组，对比差异显著，有统计学意义。结论循证护理有利于重症脑血管病患者病情恢复，并能很好改善患者昏迷程度，提升其日常生活能力。
