耳穴压豆配合硬膜外自控镇痛对下肢骨折术后患者疼痛效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe the use of ear pressure beans with postoperative epidural analgesia for postoperative pain relief effect of lower limb fracture.Methods Selected 30 cases of patients with fracture of lower limb operation, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 15 cases in each group, the control group using patient-controlled epidural analgesia in the observation group, the day before the operation began to give ear pressure beans therapy combined with postoperative epidural analgesia. Compared two groups of patients with postoperative 3 days pain score.Results 3 days pain score of the patients in the observation group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular plaster therapy can effectively relieve the pain of patients with fracture of lower limb, curative effect.%目的观察采用耳穴压豆配合术后硬膜外自控镇痛缓解下肢骨折术后疼痛的效果。方法选择下肢骨折手术患者30例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各15例，对照组采用硬膜外自控镇痛，观察组在术前1 d开始给予耳穴压豆治疗配合术后硬膜外自控镇痛。比较两组患者术后3 d疼痛评分情况。结果观察组术后3 d疼痛评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论耳穴压豆能有效缓解下肢骨折术后患者疼痛，疗效确切。
