高职院校妇产科护理实训教学存在的问题及对策分析

实训教学是职业教育中的重要教学环节，是高职院校的培养高素质劳动者和技术技能型人才的重要途径。通过分析高职院校妇产科护理实训教学中存在的问题，探讨如何在新形势下提高妇产科护理实训教学效果，促进实训教学质量的提高。%Trainning teaching is an important part of vocational education, and it is the important way of tranning highly qualiifed worhers and skilled talents.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the tranning teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology nursing in higher vocational colleges,and discuss how to improve the teaching effects of obstetrics and gynecology nursing practice under the new situation.
