目的：探讨产科失血性休克治疗中限制性液体复苏的应用效果。方法120例失血性休克患者，按照救治方法的不同将所有患者分为两组，各60例。观察组应用限制性液体复苏抢救治疗，对照组采用常规大量补液复苏的方法抢救治疗。结果观察组并发症发生率为6.67%，低于对照组的20.00%（P＜0.05）；经救治后观察组患者的血压、BE、PT情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在产科失血性休克患者中应用限制性液体复苏进行治疗救治效果显著。%Objective To discuss the application result of limited fluid resuscitation in the treatment of obstetric hemorrhagic shock.Methods 120 patients with hemorrhagic shock, which were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods, each group had 60 cases. observation group were received limited fluid resuscitation, control group were given conventional fluid resuscitation.Results The complication rate of the observation group was 6.67%, which was lower than the control group 20.00% (P<0.05). After treatment, blood pressure, BE, PT in observation group were better than the control group, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of limited lfuid resuscitation in the treatment of obstetric hemorrhagic shock patients can obtain remarkble treatment effect.
