改良集束化护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者中应用的效果评价

摘要

目的：分析改良集束化护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）伴呼吸衰竭患者中应用的效果。方法选取我院收治的COPD伴呼吸衰竭患者86例，随机分为观察组（改良集束化护理）与对照组（常规护理），对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组舒适度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理满意率为95.35%，高于对照组的74.42%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论改良集束化护理在COPD伴呼吸衰竭患者中应用效果显著。%Objective To analyze improvement bundle of care in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with respiratory failure effect applications.Methods In our hospital, 86 patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups (modified cluster nursing) and control group (usual care), nursing effect compared two groups of patients.Results The Comfort control group, was difference had statistically signiifcanced (P<0.05). Observation group care satisfaction rate of 95.35%, higher than the 74.42%, was difference had statistically significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The modiifed cluster of care in patients with COPD application results are obvious.
