严重哮喘呼吸衰竭患者经无创正压通气治疗的效果观察

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment severe asthma with respiratory failure. Methods 52 cases of severe asthma respiratory failure admitted in our hospital from July 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 26 cases. The observation group was treated with conventional therapy combined with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation treatment, while the control group was treated with simple conventional therapy, compared with the blood gas index and symptom score before and after treatment. Results The observation group’s pH value and arterial oxygen partial pressure (PaO2), arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2), were signiifcantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. Two groups of clinical symptoms score comparison, the difference was signiifcant, P<0.05. Conclusion Severe asthma respiratory failure by non-invasive positive pressure ventilation treatment, clinical curative effect is remarkable. It can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms and arterial blood gas indicators, and it is worth to be popularized in clinical.%目的：探究严重哮喘呼吸衰竭患者经无创正压通气治疗的效果。方法选取我院2014年7月～2015年8月收治的52例严重哮喘呼吸衰竭患者，按照住院尾号的奇偶数随机分成观察组和对照组，各26例。观察组给予常规疗法联合无创正压通气治疗，对照组采取单纯常规疗法治疗，对比两组治疗前、后血气指标、症状评分。结果观察组pH值和动脉血氧分压（PaO2）、动脉血二氧化碳分压（PaCO2），均优于对照组，组间比较，差异均具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。两组临床症状评分对比，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论严重哮喘呼吸衰竭经无创正压通气治疗，临床疗效显著，且能有效改善患者的临床症状和动脉血气指标。
