目的：研究皮瓣修复及游离皮片治疗烧伤所致颈部瘢痕粘连的短期疗效及其美观性。方法选择2014年4月～2015年4月我院60例烧伤所致颈部瘢痕粘连患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组30例。观察组行扩张皮瓣治疗，对照组行游离皮片治疗，随访观察半年，比较两组治疗效果及美观性。结果观察组治疗后1月（T1）、3月（T2）及半年（T3）瘢痕痉挛率分别为（0.87±0.09）％、（1.57±0.21）％及（5.98±0.34）％，低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组患者对治疗满意优良率为86.67%，高于对照组的63.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论皮瓣修复术较游离皮片修复术短期疗效更为显著，美观性更佳，患者满意度更好。%Objective To study the short term effect and appearance of the lfap and free skin graft in the treatment of burns caused by neck scar adhesion.Methods From April 2014 to April 2015, 60 cases of burn caused by neck scar patients in our hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with expanded skin flap, and the control group was treated with free skin lfap, followed up for half a year, and to compare the effect of the two groups.ResultsIn the observation group after treatment 1 month (T1), 3 months (T2) and six months (T3), the scar spasm rate was respectively (0.87±0.09)%, (1.57±0.21)% and (5.98±0.34)%, lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), the excellent and good rate of observation group was 86.67%, which was higher than that in the control group 63.33%, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of free lfap repair of skin graft repair of short-term is more signiifcant, better aesthetics, better patient satisfaction.
