腹腔镜与传统开腹术切除胆囊在急性胆囊炎治疗中的应用价值比较

摘要

目的：分析腹腔镜与传统开腹术切除胆囊对急性胆囊炎患者的应用价值。方法将120例急性胆囊炎患者分为两组，对照组行传统开腹手术切除胆囊治疗，观察组行腹腔镜切除胆囊治疗，比较两组效果。结果观察组各指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率5.0％低于对照组的21.7％（P＜0.05）。结论在急性胆囊炎治疗中，腹腔镜胆囊切除术出血少、创伤小，患者恢复快。%Objective To analyze the application value of laparoscopic and traditional open surgery to remove the gallbladder in the treatment of the patient with acute cholecystitis.Methods 120 patients with acute cholecystitis were divided into two groups, control group were treated with traditional open surgery to remove the gallbladder, observation group were treated with gallbladder laparoscopic resection, to compare the curative effect of two groups.ResultsThe indexes of observation group were better than that of control group (P<0.05); The complication rates of observation group was 5.0%, which was lower than that of the control group 21.7% (P<0.05).Conclusion In treatment of acute cholecystitis, Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has some advantage of less bleeding, small trauma, the quick recovery of patients.
