护理干预对CT增强扫描患者对比剂不良反应的影响

摘要

目的：探讨护理干预对CT增强扫描患者对比剂不良反应的影响。方法选取2013年1月~2015年12月400例患者随机分为两组，对照组施行常规护理，观察组施行综合护理。结果观察组的SAS评分为（39.56±6.24）分，低于对照组的（46.35±6.87）分，差异具有统计学意义（t=10.347，P=0.000）。观察组的不良反应发生率为1.5％，低于对照组的6％（χ2=5.610，P=0.018）。结论在CT增强扫描检查过程中施行综合护理干预，可有效减少不良反应。%Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on adverse reaction of contrast agent in patients with CT enhanced scan. MethodsFrom January 2013 to December 2015, 400 cases of patients were selected and divided into two groups, control group was given about routine nursing, and observation group was given about comprehensive nursing. ResultsThe SAS score in the observation group was (39.56±6.24) points, which was lower than the control group of (46.35±6.87) points, (t=10.347, P=0.000). Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 1.5%, which was lower than the control group of 6%, (χ2=5.610,P=0.018). ConclusionThe comprehensive nursing intervention in the process of CT enhanced scan can effectively reduce the adverse reaction.
