硝苯地平缓释片与依那普利合用治疗老年性高血压的临床效果探究

摘要

Objective To study clinical effect of the release nifedipine and enalapril treatment of senile hypertension.MethodsFrom January 2014 to January 2016, 136 cases of senile hypertension patients were taken as the research object. Used release nifedipine and enalapril in 68 cases of observation group. Used enalapril treatment of 68 cases of control group. Discussed the total effective rate between two groups.ResultsAfter completion of clinical treatment, blood pressure levels was significantly reduced in two groups. Total effective rate of senile hypertension in observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In view of the senile hypertension patients, clinical treatment with release nifedipine and enalapril, show the antihypertensive effect and adverse reaction probability is signiifcantly lower.%目的：探讨选择硝苯地平缓释片联合依那普利对老年性高血压患者治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年1月～2016年1月收治的老年性高血压患者136例作为此次实验的研究对象。依据对老年高血压患者所选择的不同治疗方法展开分组探讨。采用硝苯地平缓释片联合依那普利对68例观察组老年性高血压患者进行治疗；采用依那普利对68例对照组老年性高血压患者进行治疗；对老年性高血压治疗总有效率加以观察。结果两组老年高血压患者完成临床治疗后，患者的血压水平获得有效降低。观察组老年性高血压患者治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论针对老年性高血压患者，临床采用硝苯地平缓释片联合依那普利进行治疗，降压效果显著，不良反应发生率低。
