经会阴盆底超声评估不同分娩方式对女性盆底功能的影响分析

摘要

目的：探讨经会阴盆底超声评估不同分娩方式对女性盆底功能的影响。方法在我院分娩的83例产妇分为选择性剖宫产组（43例）和阴道分娩组（40例）。结果阴道分娩组与选择性剖宫产组比较AR、AS、Dr、Ds、UVJ-MJ均存在较大差异（P＜0.05)。阴道分娩组盆腔器官脱垂发生率为45.0%，选择性剖宫产组为23.3%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。结论选择性剖宫产分娩方式对盆底支持组织功能的影响小于阴道分娩的方式。%Objective To explore the effect of different delivery methods on female pelvic floor function by ultrasound.Methods83 cases of maternal in our hospital were divided into the selective cesarean delivery group (43 cases) and the vaginal delivery group (40 cases). ResultsCompared with the selective cesarean delivery group, theAR,AS, Dr, Ds, UVJ-MJ of Vaginal delivery group was increased (P<0.05). The incidence rate of pelvic organ prolapsed in vaginal delivery group was 45.0%, that of selective cesarean delivery group was 23.3%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The selective cesarean delivery way for pelvic support tissue function is less than the effect of vaginal delivery.
