空心螺钉内固定联合外固定架治疗C型骨盆骨折临床效果观察

摘要

目的：探究空心螺钉内固定联合外固定架对C型骨盆骨折的疗效。方法选择我院收治的C型骨盆骨折患者90例，随机分为两组，每组各45例。给予对照组常规内固定治疗，给予观察组空心螺钉内固定联合外固定架治疗，对比两组疗效。结果观察组手术时间、出血量和切口长度均小于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组植入156枚空心螺钉位置准确率为92.31％（144/156）。结论空心螺钉内固定联合外固定架治疗C型骨盆骨折疗效确切，可降低术中出血量。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of internal fixation combined with external fixation in the treatment of C pelvic fractures. Methods 90 cases of patients with C pelvic fractures in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given about routine internal fixation, observation group was treated with hollow screw internal ifxation combined with external ifxation, to compare the clinical efifcacy of the two groups.Results The operation time, bleeding volume and incision length of the observation group were less than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The accurate rate of 156 hollow screws in the observation group was 92.31% (144/156).Conclusion Internal fixation combined with external fixation in the treatment of C pelvic fracture is effective, which can signiifcantly reduce the amount of bleeding.
