老年冠心病并CTO病变行介入治疗对心功能的改善作用

摘要

目的：探讨老年冠心病并行CTO 病变介入治疗对心功能的改善作用。方法我院在2005～2012年一共接受的130例心脏功能不健全的老年患者作为此次的研究对象，进行治疗，最终的治疗结果分为两组，一组是CTO的成功组共118例，另一组是CTO的失败组共12例。接受手术半年后进行的心脏超声复查，对两组心功能进行比较和分析。结果在术后的半年时间里，成功组和失败组患者对比心脏超声中，最终得到的两组患者的相关结果差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于有着慢性完全闭塞病变心动不全的患者来说，采取相关的介入治疗能够取到比较好的效果。%Objective To study the parallel CTO old male with coronary heart disease interventional treatment on heart function improvement. Methods A total of 130 cases of cardiac function in elderly patients is not perfect as the object of study treatment in our hospital from 2005 to 2012, the ifnal treatment results are divided into two groups one group CTO group total success another group of 118 cases is CTO failure group a total of 12 cases. Echocardiography after surgery six months of review, the two groups were compared and analyzed cardiac function. ResultsAfter six months time, the success group and failure contrast echocardiography in patients, resulting correlation results for the two groups of patients, a statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionFor patients with chronic total occlusion lesions of the heart, to take the relevant interventional treatment can get better results.
