标准化131I 治疗不同年龄段Grave’s甲亢的对比分析

Objective To investigate the standardization of different ages Grave's 131I treatment of hyperthyroidism clinical effect. Methods According to different age, The 99 cases of Graves' patients were divided into young group ( ≤ 35 years old), middle age group (36 to 59 years old), the elderly group ( ≥ 60 years old) all 33 cases, compared to three treatment outcome. Results The comparison of the three groups of patients cure rate was no significant difference (P>0.05), the highest incidence of complications in elderly group (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardization 131I treatment effect of different ages are sure Grave’s hyperthyroidism, elderly patients with hyperthyroidism should pay attention to control complications.%目的：探讨标准化131I 治疗不同年龄段 Grave's 甲亢的临床效果。方法根据年龄段不同，将99例 Grave’s 甲亢患者分成青年组（≤35岁）、中年组（36～59岁）、老年组（≥60岁）各33例，对比三组治疗结果。结果三组患者治愈率对比差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05），老年组并发症发生率最高（P ＜0.05）。结论标准化131I 治疗不同年龄段 Grave’s 甲亢的效果均肯定，中老年甲亢患者需注意控制并发症。
