分析手术治疗与保守治疗肱骨外科颈骨折疗效

摘要

Objective To study the clinical effect of surgical treatment and conservative treatment on patients with humeral surgical neck fracture. Methods Selected 86 cases of surgical neck of humerus fracture from January 2007 to December 2013 in our hospital, which were divided into the surgery group and the conservative treatment group, the treatment group with 53 patients and the use of the humerus proximal anatomic locking plate internal fixation, the conservative treatment group of 33 patients, closed reduction and splint external fixation treatment, compared two groups of clinical treatment situation.Results The excellent and good rate was 88.7%in the surgical treatment group. The good rate of the conservative treatment group was 69.7%, there was statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical neck of humerus fractures using anatomical locking plate internal ifxation for the treatment, and the effect is outstanding, outstanding ifxed, in patients with early to accept the functional exercise and to promote their recovery, fewer complications, signiifcantly enhance the quality of life of patients.%目的：研究分析手术和保守治疗对肱骨外科颈骨折患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2007年1月～2013年12月的86例肱骨外科颈骨折患者进行分析，将患者分成手术治疗组和保守治疗组，手术治疗组53例，使用切开复位肱骨近端解剖型锁定钢板内固定手术治疗，保守治疗组33例，使用闭合复位夹板外固定治疗，对比两组的临床治疗情况。结果手术治疗组优良率是88.7%，保守治疗组的优良率是69.7%，结果存在统计学差异性（P＜0.05）。结论肱骨外科颈骨折患者使用解剖型锁定接骨板内固定治疗，效果突出，固定优秀，患者早期能够接受功能锻炼，促进其康复，并发症少，提升了患者的生活质量。
