医学美学在口腔修复中的应用探究

摘要

目的：探究口腔修复当中的医学美学应用。方法选择2015年3月～2015年6月在我院进行口腔修复的患者105例，采用随机数字表法将所有患者随机分为两组，实验组结合医学美学技术进行修复，对照组采用常规修复方法。对比两组患者的修复效果和患者的满意度。结果实验组5.45%的患者出现牙体折裂，有7.27%的患者出现炎症、疼痛；对照组12.00%的患者出现牙体折裂，20.00%的患者出现炎症、疼痛，实验组情况优于对照组（P＜0.05），实验组的总满意度高达98.18%，高于对照组的86.00%，差异有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论在口腔修复中结合医学美学技术不仅能够提高修复效果，而且能提高患者的满意度。%Objective To explore the application of Medical Aesthetics in the oral cavity repair.Methods Selected 105 cases of patients with oral cavity repair from March 2015 to June 2015 in our hospital, using the random number table method were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group combined with medical aesthetics and technology to repair, the control group using conventional methods of repair. The repair effects and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group was 5.45% of patients appear tooth fracture, 7.27% patients with inflammation and pain, while the control group was 12.00% of patients appear tooth fracture, 20.00% of patients was associated with inflammation, pain, experimental group was better than the control group (P<0.05), the experimental group total satisfaction high 98.18%, higher than that of 86.00% in the control group, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with medical aesthetics technology in the oral cavity repair can not only improve the repair effect but also signiifcantly improve the patient's satisfaction.
