不同口腔修复材料摩擦性能的比较及影响因素探究

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the friction performance and the factors affecting the performance of different dental restorative materials. MethodsRetrospective analysis 90 cases of patients with oral and maxillofacial repair from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital, according to the use of prosthetic material different resin group, group of metal and ceramics group, 30 cases in each group, compared three groups of patients with dental restoration after the situation.ResultsThe number of loose teeth in resin group, the number of gingival bleeding and periodontal disease, the number of broken ceramic group were higher than the other two groups, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe best friction performance of dental restorative materials is metal material, thesecond is ceramic material, the resin material is poor, and many factors affect its wear resistance.%目的:探讨不同的口腔修复材料的摩擦性能及影响其性能的因素。方法回顾性分析我院修复科2013年1月~2015年1月收治的行口腔修复的患者90例,按使用的修复材料不同分为树脂组、金属组和陶瓷组,各30例,对比3组患者的牙齿修复后的各项情况。结果树脂组牙齿松动脱落例数、金属组牙龈出血和牙周炎例数、全瓷组破碎例数均分别高于另外两组(P<0.05)。结论牙齿修复材料中摩擦性能最好的是金属材料,其次为全瓷材料,树脂材料较差,多种因素都影响其耐磨性。
