加强护理管理在预防医院感染中的效果评价

摘要

目的：探究加强护理管理在医院感染预防中的应用效果，减少医院感染的发生。方法选取我院住院部的210例患者，并随机分为观察组及对照组。对照组给予一般性护理，观察组则加强护理管理，比较两组护理结局。结果观察组感染率为1.9%，对照组为14.3%，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理前两组患者的生活质量得分差异无统计学意义，给予不同护理干预后，观察组患者的得分高于对照组。结论加强医院护理管理可以有效降低医院感染率的发生，并适当提高患者的住院生活质量，提高患者满意度。%Objective To explore the application effect of nursing management in hospital infection prevention and reduce the incidence of hospital infection.Methods210 cases of hospitalized patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. While the control group received general nursing care, the observation group was strengthened nursing management, and compared the two groups of nursing outcomes.Results The observation group infection rate was 1.9%, 14.3% in the control group, signiifcant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), nursing of two groups of patients quality of life score difference is not obvious, giving different nursing intervention observed scores of the groups of patients was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Strengthening the hospital nursing management can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infection rate, and improve the quality of life of patients in hospital, improve patient satisfaction.
