加强护理管理在医院感染预防中的应用效果评价

摘要

目的 研究加强护理管理在预防医院感染中的效果. 方法 选取该院2013年1月-2014年12月期间的医务人员60例作为研究对象. 在2013年1月-2013年12月期间,该院未实施护理管理,自2014年1月-2014年12月,该院实行护理管理.观察两时间段医务人员对医院感染预防知识的掌握情况﹑医院感染发生情况等.选取两时间段患者各100例,使用自制问卷调查表观察两时间段患者对医院感染预防措施的满意度情况. 结果 护理管理实施后,该院医务人员卫生知晓情况﹑卫生依从性以及标准操作能力均高于护理管理实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后医院感染率降低至1.44%,明显低于实施前7.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后患者满意度高达98%,明显高于实施前84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 加强护理管理不仅可有效地提高医务人员对医院感染预防知识的掌握情况,还能显著降低医院感染事件的发生,提高患者满意度,值得临床应用及推广.%Objective To study the effect of strengthening nursing management in the prevention of hospital infection. Methods 60 medical staffs in our hospital during 2013.1-2014.12 were selected as the research object. Between January 2013 and December 2013, we did not implement nursing management, since January 2014 to December 2014, our hospital for nursing management. To observe the two time period of medical personnel to the hospital infection prevention knowl-edge, hospital infection, etc.Two patients were selected from the same period, and 100 patients were treated with self-made questionnaire. The satisfaction degree of patients with hospital infection prevention was observed in the two time period. Results After the implementation of nursing management, medical staff in our hospital health awareness, health compliance and standard operation ability were higher than before the implementation of nursing management, the difference was statis-tically significant (P<0.05). After the implementation of hospital infection rate reduced to 1.44%, significantly lower than prior to the implementation of 7.28%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the implementation of pa-tient satisfaction of up to 98%, significantly higher than that of the prior to the implementation of 84%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening nursing management can not only effectively improve the medi-cal personnel of hospital infection prevention knowledge to grasp the situation, but also significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection incident, improve patient satisfaction, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
