感染性眼内炎的眼科B超检查诊断分析

摘要

目的：分析感染性眼内炎的眼科B超检查诊断的作用。方法选择2014年5月～2015年5月来我院接受治疗的感染性眼内炎患者30例，回顾性分析感染性眼内炎的眼科B超的相关检查，且对比分析其与玻璃体手术的观察结果。结果采用眼科B超诊断感染性眼内炎患者，其符合率为87.6%，B超检查可显示玻璃体的浑浊程度以及形态和分布规律，其与手术中观察的结果相一致。结论应用B超检查感染性眼内炎患者诊断价值和指导价值较高。%Objective To analyze the role of B ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of infectious endophthalmitis.MethodsFrom May 2014 to May 2015, 30 cases of patients with infectious endophthalmitis were retrospectively analyzed, and compared the observations of B ultrasonic examination and vitreous surgery.Results Using B ultrasonic diagnosis for patients with infectious endophthalmitis, the coincidence rate was 87.6%, B ultrasonic examination can show vitreous turbidity degree and morphology and distribution, it was consistent with the results of the observation in the operation.Conclusion Diagnosis value and guidance value of infectious endophthalmitis examined by B ultrasound are high.
