星状神经节阻滞治疗原发性痛经的临床分析

Objective To study the effect of stellate ganglion block in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods86 patients with primary dysmenorrhea in accordance with the order in the hospital were divided into research group and control group, control group adopted the panax notoginseng dysmenorrhea capsules orally, the team with stellate ganglion block treatment.Results The total effective rate group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Before the treatment, pain score had no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the team pain score was better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The stellate ganglion block in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has good clinical effect.%目的：探讨星状神经节阻滞治疗原发性痛经的临床效果。方法将86例原发性痛经患者按照住院先后顺序分为研究组与对照组，对照组采用田七痛经胶囊口服，研究组采用星状神经节阻滞治疗。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗前，两组疼痛评分无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后，研究组疼痛评分优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论星状神经节阻滞治疗原发性痛经有较好临床效果。
