彩色多普勒超声监测剖宫产后再妊娠胎盘附着异常的价值

摘要

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声监测剖宫产后再妊娠胎盘附着异常的价值。方法以120例剖宫产后妊娠并前壁胎盘患者为研究组，以同期142例无剖宫产史并前壁胎盘患者为对照组。均行彩超检查。结果研究组胎盘附着异常发生率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；胎盘附着异常发生率与剖宫产呈正相关。结论彩色多普勒超声监测剖宫产后再妊娠胎盘附着异常的价值高。%Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in monitoring the abnormal pregnancy placenta of cesarean section.Methods 120 cases with cesarean section and the anterior wall of placenta were taken as study group, 142 cases without the history of cesarean section and the with the anterior wall of the placenta was taken as the control group. All of them underwetn color Doppler ultrasound examination. Results The incidence of abnormal placenta in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of placental adhesion was positively correlated with the incidence of cesarean section.Conclusion The value of color Doppler ultrasound is high in monitoring the abnormal pregnancy placenta of cesarean section.
