超声诊断在妇产科急腹症中的临床应用价值分析

摘要

目的：分析超声诊断在妇产科急腹症中的临床应用价值。方法选取2013年11月～2015年11月我院妇产科收治的94例急腹症患者作为观察目标，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，将超声诊断结果同手术、病理诊断结果进行对比。结果94例患者超声诊断符合率为92.6%（87/96），误诊、漏诊率为7.4%（7/94）。结论妇产科急腹症应用超声诊断，可显著提高诊断准确率，降低误诊和漏诊率，为临床选择对症治疗方案提供重要参考价值。%Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasonic diagnosis in gynecological acute abdomen.Methods From November 2013 to November 2015, 94 patients with acute abdominal pain in department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital were selected as research target, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the ultrasonic diagnostic results were compared with surgical and pathological diagnosis.Results The ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate in 94 patients was 92.6% (87/96), misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate was 7.4% (7/94).Conclusion The application of ultrasound diagnosis of acute abdominal disease of obstetrics and gynecology can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy and reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, and provide important reference value.
