护理干预对门急诊输液患者心理状况的影响

摘要

目的：探讨护理干预对门急诊输液患者心理状况的影响。方法以2015年1～6月本院220例门急诊输液患者为研究对象，将其随机分为研究组与对照组。给予对照组常规护理，研究组则在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预。结果研究组症状自评量表各因子阳性分布、护理满意度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论护理干预能改善门急诊输液患者的心理状况。%Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on psychological state of transfusion patients in emergency department. Methods In January to June 2015, 220 cases of patients with transfusion in the hospital as the research object, the study group and the control group were randomly divided. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the study group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Results The positive distribution and nursing satisfaction of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the psychological status of patients with transfusion in the emergency department.
