浅析心血管病介入治疗患者的不良情绪及心理护理

摘要

目的：本次浅析心血管病介入治疗患者的不良情绪及心理护理。方法选取我院收治的患有心血管疾病的患者90例，分为实验组和对照组各45例，对照组给予常规护理，实验组在对照组基础上给予心理护理干预。结果实验组护理后焦虑情况优于对照组，实验组护理服务满意程度优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论对患者实施恰当的心理干预除了可以使患者的负面感受与情绪的到宣泄与缓释之外，同时还能得到大部分患者的认可，提高了患者满意度，减少了医疗缺陷和差错。%Objective To analyze the psychological nursing of interventional therapy for cardiovascular disease.Methods 90 patients were divided into experimental group and control group, 45 cases in control group were given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Results The nursing effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion Psychological nursing is worthy of clinical promotion.
