布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的疗效观察

Objective To study the clinical effcacy of nebulized budesonide inhalation in the treatment of pneumonia in children.Methods 152 cases of pediatric pneumonia patients from September 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were chosen, all patients in accordance with 1: 1 ratio of the average distribution of two groups, one group of patients in the experimental group 76 cases, one group of 76 cases of patients with the reference group. Patients in the experimental group were treated by inhalation of budesonide, reference group were conventional drug treatment. Statistical analysis of two groups of patients with treatment effect, and the statistical analysis of the two sets of data for comparison between groups.ResultsAccording to the results of comparison, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.42%, and the effective rate of the treatment group was 76.32%, there was signiifcant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional drug treatment, budesonide inhalation treatment of infantile pneumonia can reduce the inflammatory reaction index of patients, has good treatment effect.%目的：分析布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法选择2015年9月—2016年9月于我院进行小儿肺炎治疗的患者152例，所有患者按照1∶1的比例平均分配为两组，一组为实验组患者76例，一组为参考组患者76例。实验组患者进行布地奈德雾化吸入治疗，参考组患者进行传统常规药物治疗。统计分析两组患者的治疗效果，并将统计分析的两组数据进行组间对比。结果根据对比结果显示，实验组的整体治疗有效率为93.42%，参考组的整体治疗有效率为76.32%；组间数据对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论相对于传统常规药物治疗而言，布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎能够降低患者的各项炎性反应指标，具有良好的治疗效果。
