纳米SiO2改性补偿收缩混凝土受硫酸盐侵蚀后压拉性能分析

         

摘要

补偿收缩混凝土中掺入不同量的纳米SiO2进行抗硫酸盐侵蚀试验,并对其抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度进行了测定,分析了纳米SiO2掺量对补偿收缩混凝土受硫酸盐侵蚀后压拉性能的影响。结果表明,掺纳米SiO2能有效改善补偿收缩混凝土受硫酸盐侵蚀后的压拉性能,纳米SiO2掺量为0.6%时效果最为理想。双掺0.6%纳米SiO2和1.2%钢纤维还能进一步提高补偿收缩混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。%By adding nano-silica into shrinkage-compensating concrete in different contents, anti-sulfate erosion ex-periment is conducted. Then the influence of nano-silica contents is investigated by analyzing compressive strength and splitting tensile strength before and after sulfate erosion. The results show that adding nano-silica could effectively improve the compressive and tensile performance of shrinkage-compensating concrete after sulfate erosion, and when nano-silica content is 0.6%, the effect is the best. While double mixing 0.6% nano-silica and 1.2% steel fiber could further improve the sulfate resistance of shrinkage-compensating concrete.
