C100大体积钢管混凝土的温升监控与研究

         

摘要

在配制出具有良好工作性C100混凝土的基础上,模拟工程实际,生产并浇筑成截面直径为1m的圆柱形钢管混凝土构件,并使用自动温度传感器对其内部温度进行监控,与计算所得的绝热温升值对比,研究其内部温度的分布与发展规律。结果表明,钢管混凝土的中心最高温度可达70℃,小于计算所得的绝热温升最大值。其内部温升、温差符合大体积混凝土技术要求。水泥水化放热量、外界环境温度变化情况以及太阳辐射对钢管混凝土温度场有显著影响。%On the basis of preparing C100 concrete with satisfied workability, the mass concrete-filled steel tube is produced with the cross-sectional diameter of 1 mile. The internal temperature is monitored by automatic temperature sen-sor, then the results are compared to the adiabatic temperature rise calculated by the exponential form and the internal temperature distribution is investigated. The results show that the highest core temperature of concrete-filled steel tube can achieve 70℃, lower than the adiabatic temperature rise calculated. The internal temperature rise and difference fit the technical requirements of mass concrete. The temperature field of concrete-filled steel tube is affected by cement hydra-tion heat, environment temperature change and solar radiation.
