设直肋薄壁方形钢管混凝土短柱性能研究

     

摘要

In order to analyze the mechanical properties of thin-walled square steel tube concrete, and consider from the angle of the economic cost of steel, under the condition of invariable in the steel ratio, the axial compression tests of eight short column specimens are carried out. By changing the component of cross section thickness and ribbed forms, the influence of thin-walled square tube inside a one-way straight rib, a two-way straight rib and outside a one-way straight ribs on the ultimate bearing capacity, failure characteristics and mechanical properties of the thin-walled concrete filled steel tubular short column are analyzed. The test results show that under the condition of the same steel content, setting up ribs inside memberscan effectively slow down the wall local buckling of the square concrete filled steel tubular members, and effect of setting up double ribs is more obvious than that of a single rib, but in improving component limit bearing capacity, the effect is not very obvious; setting up the stiffening rib outside memberscannot effectively delay the local buckling of steel tube concrete wall.%为了分析薄壁方形钢管混凝土的力学性能,考虑到钢材成本,在含钢量不变的条件下,对8个短柱试件进行轴压试验。通过改变构件的截面厚度和加肋形式,分析了薄壁方管内侧设单向直肋、设双向直肋和外部设单向直肋对薄壁钢管混凝土短柱的极限承载力、破坏特征及受力性能的影响。试验结果表明,在含钢量不变的情况下,构件内部设肋可以有效延缓薄壁方形钢管混凝土构件管壁局部屈曲的发生,设双肋比设单肋效果更加明显,但在改善构件极限承载力方面,效果并不明显;外侧设加劲肋的设置不能有效延缓钢管混凝土管壁的局部屈曲。
