上海地区三种自保温墙体内部冷凝问题研究

         

摘要

对上海地区三种满足建筑节能65%要求的自保温墙体系统(陶粒混凝土小型空心砌块自保温墙体、蒸压加气混凝土砌块自保温墙体、环保型淤泥烧结多孔砖自保温墙体)进行了内部冷凝情况研究。结果表明,采用无机保温砂浆作为辅助保温时,三种自保温墙体系统内部均不会出现冷凝现象。这有助于在分析三种自保温墙体热工性能和使用寿命的影响因素时,排除墙体内部冷凝产生的不利影响,并对研判自保温墙体系统使用安全具有积极的指导作用。%The condensation phenomenon occurring in three kinds of self heat-insulation systems (shale concrete block self heat-insulation system, autoclaved aerated concrete block self heat-insulation system, environmental protection type silt sintered porous brick self heat-insulation system) which are applied in Shanghai area and meet 65%building en-ergy saving requirement is studied in this paper. The results show that no condensation phenomenon occurs in three kinds of self heat-insulation systems as the inorganic thermal insulation mortar is used as aided heat-insulation material. This conclusion is helpful to eliminate the adverse effect caused by condensation phenomenon when the influencing factors of wall thermal performance and service life are analyzed, and it plays a good guiding role in judging the service safety of self heat-insulation systems.
