新型泡沫混凝土轻质墙板外挂节点力学性能试验研究

         

摘要

外挂墙板在建筑结构中广泛应用,新型泡沫混凝土外挂墙板与框架的连接节点对这种结构的安全性及可靠度有重要的影响。为研究该连接节点的受力机理及破坏模式,对两种配合比的泡沫混凝土分别预埋两种不同形式的节点,对其进行节点抗弯试验以及节点抗剪试验研究,系统对比不同形式的连接节点以及不同配合比的泡沫混凝土墙板对节点承载力的影响,分析墙板在荷载作用下的裂缝开展情况以及荷载-位移曲线。试验结果表明院双面钢板节点有良好的承载力、节点破坏后于墙板本身破坏,能实现墙板与框架安全有效的连接;在预埋双面钢板节点情况下,无陶粒配合比的泡沫混凝土与预埋节点的协同工作性能优于陶粒配合比的泡沫混凝土。%External precast wall panels are widely used in building structure, the connection node between the new foam concrete external precast wall panels and framework have an important impact on the safety and reliability. To study the force mechanisms and failure modes of connections node, different foam concrete with mix proportion are used by two different embedded forms of connection node, the investigation for bending and shearing test of connections is carried out. Compared with different forms of node and different mix proportion of foam concrete wall panel by system, which have ef-fects on capacity of node, as well as cracks development of wall panels under loading and the load-displacement curve are analyzed. The results show that, duplex steel node has good capacity, node destroy itself after the damage of wall panels, safe and effective connection between wall panels and frame can be achieved; under the situation of embedded duplex steel node, the work performance of foam concrete with non-ceramic mix proportion and embedded node is better than foam concrete with ceramic mix proportion.
