硬化水泥浆体粉用作混凝土掺合料的试验研究

摘要

By developing a waste concrete separating and screening equipment, the waste concrete is separated and screened effectively to obtain three kinds of materials such as the coarse aggregates, the fine aggregates and the hardened cement paste mixture. Under the condition that the ground hardened cement paste mixture as the ready-mixed concrete admixture is mixed with the equal amount of fly ash, the relative properties of the concrete are tested. The experimental result shows that the hardened cement paste mixture powder can be used as the concrete admixture.%通过开发一种废弃混凝土的分离、筛分装置，对废弃混凝土进行有效的分离与筛分，得到粗、细骨料以及硬化水泥浆体混合料等三种材料。对该混合料进行磨细处理，用于预拌混凝土的掺合料，在与粉煤灰相同掺量的条件下，检测混凝土的相关性能，试验结果表明，硬化水泥浆体混合料细粉可用作混凝土掺合料。
